V2 is a full ticket and support system: categories and priorities, in-game screenshots with player IDs attached, external image uploads, a staff dashboard with analytics and a leaderboard, player feedback ratings, private staff notes, a duty system and a support schedule. The original Report System covers player and bug reports, evidence, admin quick actions and Discord logging.
Can staff be notified when they're not in game?
Yes. Discord webhooks notify your team about ticket activity even when they're offline.
Can I customize Report System V2?
Yes. Core files are protected by Cfx.re escrow, while the configuration files stay open, so you can change colors, commands, texts and integrations without touching the core code.
